Treatment
Our ideas for the music video have predominantly come from deciding that we want to make a narrative/performance based music video. The main lyrics are 'I wanna be somebody' and 'I'm gonna make you love me'. From these lyrics we have decided that the narrative is going to be about the band wanting to make something of themselves. The different locations that we are using are a rundown garage (this is where the band are a long time ago, performing and idealising about making something of themselves) and they will be in scruffy clothing. This location will be referred to throughout the video. The other location that we will be using is a stage where the band will be shown near to the end of the video to represent how the band have made something of themselves. Another narrative that will be continuous throughout the video is the love story between the lead singer and a beautiful girl. They often exchange glances during the video, and the girl becomes more and more interested in the guy. When the band perform he notices her in the crowd and then at the end they get together.

Grain Of Voice
The style of the music sounds quite mature and professional, therefore we have selected our lead singer of the band called Adam. Adam is already in a band of his own, therefore he can perform to a crowd confidently and he fits the criteria of the lead singer.

The effects that we are going to use in the post-production are the use of black and white filming.

good ideas Girls, can you choose one of the comparable vids and say what it is about it that is influential and whether the budget would be large or small looking at location props costumes, sfx etc, then this will be complete
